Founder Message
I welcome you as the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kafaat Company, I consider myself a human resources consultant and entrepreneur, and I work with focus and passion to help and support individuals and governmental and private institutions to achieve their goals through the full use of their capabilities and providing them with a solution in the field of resources. I have been and are still interested in how to unlock the capabilities of individuals and institutions to achieve the highest results. There is nothing worse than seeing wasted capabilities. That is why we have taken it upon ourselves to discover, develop and develop human competencies to help individuals, leaders and organizations to unleash their full potential. With the launch of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, we felt the importance of harnessing the team’s capabilities to support the development of our human resources in the Kingdom through innovative solutions that combine the best of modern global practices with a deep local understanding of the needs of the national development.
